I do not understand why people think they don’t need sleep. There is not anyone in this world who operates better on lack of sleep. Just like food, movement, and people…ALL SLEEP ISNT CREATED EQUAL. Robb and Dr. Parsley are incredibly intelligent, start reading their information on sleep and nutrition.
