2. Conditioning

Death by squat clean 135/95

**add one rep each minute until unable to complete the amount of reps with-in each minute

 

3. Accessory Work

3x15-20 bent over reverse fly with plates

 

4x 20"- 30" hip extension hold at the top while holding barbell with snatch grip 

 

1x50 each side single arm overhead banded tricep extension

 

4. Cool down
