1. Conditioning

10k row

**switch every 500m and must complete every switch, 10 burpees + 1 rope climb

or 

Team of 2 

5k run

**switch every 400m and must complete every switch, 10 burpees + 1 rope climb

**12x400m + 2x200m =5k

 

2. Cool down

20' of soft tissue work and some stretching or ROMWOD
