 "Honestly my time at Ballast, as a whole, has just been one enormous blessing. The people here are just top-notch,hysterical,and genuine. If I had to pick a few moments though"....

 

- That time Zach had to run a mile because he lost a bet when I did Death by Burpees

- When I got my first pull-up, HSPU, 100 lb clean&jerk, etc., etc. (PRs are awesome!)

- Every single time someone at Ballast lets Sasha sit in their lap, or picks her up so I can finish my workout (I don't take it for granted!)
