Teams of 4

Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

both Athletes 1 and 2 will perform 

     5 thrusters 95/65

     5 Toes 2 bar

Then both athletes 3 and 4 will perform 

     10 thrusters 95/65

     10 Toes 2 bar

both Athletes 1 and 2 will perform 

     15 thrusters 95/65

     15 toes 2 bar

Then both athletes 3 and 4 will perform

     20 thrusters 95/65

     20 toes 2 bar

Etc., following the same pattern.
