9:30-Make up workout from the beginning of the week or active recovery

**this is more like an open gym class.  If you have made all of the workouts up to this point use this time to practice our gymnastics, weightlifting, flexibility,  and balance.  Use this time to have fun, don’t worry about the clock or the weight.
